For the second time almost a year to date we have had furnace issues during a blizzard. Dave has been our guy on call both times. He is awesome! I will be upgrading my A.C. and furnace this summer, and will be using Sheren!

Thank you for coming to our rescue!!  in this Humidity today of all days our AC stopped working.
I called first thing this morning and they came to our rescue. After calling and leaving messages with several plumbing service companies, Sheren answered the phone and sent a professional out the next day. I am so glad I didn’t try to DIY the repair! Chris did a great job and got it fixed right.

I have a funky old house with matching plumbing and original wiring. Sheren is my go-to. Always great service. Prompt, thorough, professional, and unionized. Would recommend to anyone.

Repairs (1 service visit plus 3 repairs so far) are consistently breaking about 1 year after they're done. Most recently this caused major flood damage at our house, requiring new flooring, new drywall, and for insurance to be involved. Our furnace is just over 5 years old and already we've paid Sheren almost enough to just replace it, not including all the damage caused to our home. The people are nice, but for the results we're getting it's definitely worth trying elsewhere. It's simply not acceptable.

Our furnace quit so we called Sheren. They sent someone out the next day. The technician suggested replacing the whole furnace. We were ready to replace it but went the whole weekend without a word from them. Called the next Tuesday and they sent out the sales person who, 2 weeks later we still haven't heard from. Called another company and had a furnace the next day.

We apologize for our lack of follow up Jessica. This has been addressed with the people involved who you were in contact with. This is not how we at Sheren Plumbing, Heating and Cooling normally help our customers and again apologize to you for this.

Was not on time, didn't communicate, very rude, over charged, and made sure to work slowly. Will never use the again. J&W was way better and had to fix their mistakes. Also, quoted me over 10k to replace a boiler, but found a kinder and more efficient service company who did it for 6k. Not a company worth using.

I Came back from Florida this past spring,and realized my heat pump had quit during the winter,and the back up furnace was running instead.

Considering that I’m on propane,that’s not why I had a heat pump to begin with.

I initially had another company out here that wasted their time,and mine,trying different parts that provided no solution.

Then, I contacted Sheren because they used to handle my commercial HVAC needs,and five years earlier had solved a problem nobody else could figure out.

“Bob” had it figured out in about fifteen minutes,and unfortunately, the compressor on the heat pump was seized up,and since the unit was over ten years old,it was out of warranty,and it was more efficient to just replace the whole unit,with the newer, even more efficient heat pumps available today.

“Don K.” at Sheren recommended the Bosch Inverter heat pump because it could heat down to about ten degrees,and was exceptionally quiet.Of course in the summer months, it all reverses to a central AC unit, for maximum indoor comfort.

The Bosch Heat pump was installed a couple of weeks later,and after a few “tweaks” along the way, it appears that Sheren really knows their product line,and how to service it.

What they know even better is attention to detail,with an emphasis on customer service!

From a great gal at the front counter (Denise), to every one of the service techs like John,Bob,and the others,including Don K. who does the estimating and coordinates the service end,it’s an exceptional team from the front door to the back,and everything in between.

This Bosch Inverter heat pump is so efficient, you can hardly hear it running,and the last two months bill were $9.65,and more recently, $7.66,and I have the documentation to prove it.
...This is for a 3600 sq. ft. house.

Rarely does one find a winning combination like this with a great product,and an equally great company to represent it.

Make Sheren your first call because you won’t need another.
