Floodman did a Fantastic job on our Basement system, and Mold work. They worked with my budget too! The high water levels in our area wreaked havoc on our home so we had to do something not knowing what the future holds with Michigan weather. Brad & Erich explained everything logically, and their crew came out and did the work as planned. There was a part that went bad, and they definitely honored their warranty. If you need this kind of work, I definitely recommend them.

When my basement flooded I knew that I had to act quickly. Floodman has an awesome crew that was quick, clean, and efficient. They were very professional and very informative. They also helped me deal with the insurance claim process. I'm very glad that I went with floodman and I would recommend them to anyone with flood issues.

Had mold issues. Floodman moved EVERYTHING out of our home to clean and store (big mistake)! They LOST over 50-60 of our items, big and small which included FURNITURE. Took them to Court and WON! The first thing Eric (the owner) wanted to do in settling the case was to have us sign a NDA, which you can see we refused. So I’m writing this to warn you. Beware!

Thank you for your comments- Unfortunately this review does not state all the facts of what happened on this project. First of all we took every effort to resolve this issue in a professional manner. We did move and clean contents out of customers home. However there was a professional moving company that was chosen by Wynona to care for her contents after they left our facility. This caused a great deal of problems with lost items. The moving company was unwilling to be accountable for their actions. We took it upon ourselves to pay for the contents. Its sad to see the comment " Took them to court and won". In the 50 year our family has been in business we have always tried to put customer service at first place. There were several things with situation that were out of our control. Thanks, Floodman
