Professional service providers. They installed our geothermal furnace AC over 20 years ago and have kept it well maintained with annual maintenance and kept the system working well. Matt Duncan was our latest technician and he did a very good job.

Geofurnace has always been on top of my maintenance and products. However, recently, Matt, Shaun, John, and Chelsea have gone above and beyond for me. Their communication with each other and myself was commendable. Their knowledge and experience really paid off. They determined my unit was hit by the freak thunderstorm the week prior and had been running on auxiliary. Of course, this all happened on late Friday afternoon. They were able to determine the parts needed and their knowledge allowed me to have heat through the weekend until the parts were available. I highly recommend them!

During the beginning of the cold snap, my furnace completely died. An analysis of that event was confirmed. Though I went without heat for six days and nights, once I contacted Geo-Furnace they were quick to schedule me. Their repair men were very polite, cleaned up after themselves, and very helpful. Thanks Geo-Furnace. The new furnace is working great!
