EDIT: I was able to get in contact with a member support employee who called the repair unit to get my technician to come out and service the washer today. My technician was friendly and nice to work with. I'm very grateful to the member support worker who took great care in my case and hope the company finds area for improvement. I definitely get the feeling the internal technology systems they have in place can be a hindrance for customer and technician alike. There are good people working for this company, though, who want to be of help. Avoid this service at all cost. The help desk is anything but and their internal services and supply chains don't seem to be competent. Original technician showed up on time on the original date, Feb 3. Was curt, but seemed to know what he was doing. Diagnosed the washer leak due to a poor gasket. Next available appointment was Feb 18th. The part he ordered is still on backorder from their supply chain as I write this. The service desk could not offer any help on when it would not be backordered. They can see no more than you can, I've gathered. I found the part online in several places and received it the week before he was due out again on the 18th. Called the service desk to ask for the appointment to be moved up ASAP, which was the 17th. The 17th came and went, with no texts or calls. Look at my appointment page and saw it was moved to the 18th. I figured it was because of Uri, but was irritated that there was still no communication. The 18th came and went, with no communication or technician. The appointment had again been moved to today, Feb 23, between 8AM and 12PM. I check the appointment page again, and lo and behold, it is changed to Feb 26th. The help desk has no understanding of why the appointment was moved and was entirely unsympathetic and powerless to do anything but cancel my appointment. This company is a complete waste of time.

I hired Sears to come and diagnose my refrigerator at my home. Technician came and the first thing he did was call me and ask how I was going to pay for the fee. I replied with a Credit Card and he said give it to me. I said no that's not what it says to do when you come. He then went inside my home and looked at the refrigerator and asked my tenant what was it doing. The tenant replied we got about 4 inches of flood waters in the home. He then called his boss and told him what was said and his boss said to condemn the refrigerator. He then called me to tell me what they had come up with. So, I paid the diagnosis fee. My tenant said that the Technician didn't even look at the refrigerator at all. Way to go SEARS! Another notch in your belt as to why I will never ever use you again! Good riddance and I hope yall shut down! Deepest Sympathy Tony Rangel

Provided excellent advice concerning both of our ice makers going out at the same time - don't every buy a Samsung refrigerator again!
