  I’ve been in this one a couple of times and this has got to be some of the most arrogant, and condescending employees I’ve ever dealt with in a retail business. The girl however has been pleasant to deal with. The others always question in a manor as if you don’t know anything, and you are an inconvenience to them. Ferguson will get all of our business from now on, it’s clear these guys weren’t interested in it from the beginning.

  Just moved out here to the liberty co area. I've talked to and purchased items from this place. They're customer service is great. I like walking in here or calling and they know you by name. Other places you're just a number. I will be using Coburns in liberty for as much as I can. Its to bad they didn't just carry all parts for all brands such as special order I wouldn't use anyone else if that we the case. Edwards & Family Home Services
