Lack of communication makes me decide he isn’t interested in our project. Our time is just as important as his. Th.

  Contractor (Randall Brock) could not provide a coherent itemized billing statement. Overcharged and refused to refund money. Small claims court validated the legitimacy of the refund request. Contractor eventually complied with the court ruling and refunded the awarded amount.

  He remodeled a kitchen and laid new flooring for my mom. He was reasonably priced, got to work as soon as the material arrived, and cleaned up well. We were pleased.
