  I have had 3 homes built for me in the last 20 years and my current home built by Sheper and Associates was by far the easiest and most pleasurable experience. From the first handshake to the final handing over of the keys to my house, Rick Scheper proved to be a fair, honorable and sincere man. A complete joy to work with. My worries of not living in the area while the house was under construction were put to rest by the frequent emails, phone conversations and pictures. Rick always answered any questions promptly, usually the same day. On my visits any issues would be resolved. Rick always had time for me. I am extremely happy with the work and craftsmanship of his subcontractors. If Rick said it would be done a certain way, it was done. I highly recommend Scheper and Associates as a contractor and builder. A very satisfied customer, Lois Felten
