All of the above! Andy, the contractor, worked with me on our bathroom remodel to develop the project within our budget. He helped maintain the costs, and the final bill was just as stated with some minor adjustments that we discussed during the project. The crew was very efficient, respectful, and punctual with exceptional work ethic and extremely quality work. They replaced a small shower insert with hand-laid floor to ceiling tile that really made a difference in the shower area. The new look of the shower is amazing. Communication was easy throughout the project with great input and suggestions. I would use Harbor Point again without any reservation.

We hired Harbor Point Contracting to take care of a fairly major renovation of our house, including completely remodeling our kitchen and 2 bathrooms, a new staircase and bannisters, repainting all but 3 rooms, and new flooring throughout, as well as other smaller projects. Andy and his crews were wonderful! Always there to answer our questions and provide advice and suggestions. Plus, we lived in the house during the remodel, and I can't say enough about how professional, precise and careful they were throughout the process, even assisting us with moving furniture and working around the many boxes of our "stuff" as the project progressed. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We were exceptionally blessed to have worked with Harbor Point Contracting. We contracted with Harbor Point for a complete floor to ceiling renovation in our condo by the marina. Andy and his crew not only proved to be professional craftsmen, but also innovative thinkers. This is a second home for us, and were out of state while the majority of the work was completed. Through the entire process, the communication was excellent. Andy and his team are friendly, and completely trustworthy. We couldn't be happier.
