  We called Sagamore as a second opinion for our broken A/C in our business suite. They performed a thorough inspection and talked us through the issues. The other HVAC company refused to get on the roof to inspect our system and simply told us we needed to buy $10,000 split systems because we didn’t have enough A/C. Sagamore techs recommended increasing air return flow as a first step and never tried to up-sell on anything. Technicians Brian and Rick were professional and explained everything in detail. We ended up spending less than half of what the other company tried to sell us on!

  I worked at Sagamore as a salesman for 5 years and had a great experience. Anyone who has sold service before can appreciate a company that can deliver on commitments made at the closing table. Sagamore's service and project teams always OVER delivered making it easy for me to look my customers in the eye and make promises that I knew would happen. I would suggest Sagamore to anyone, potential customers or potential employees!

  I worked for SMSI for 11 years as a technician and then field supervisor. I left due to health issues. Four years later I was contacted to see if I might be interested in returning to work on their sales team, doing both maintenance and project sales. I took them up on the offer, because I knew and respected the people and how they were always fair to their customers. That was four years ago and still happy to be working for Sagamore Mechanical Services Inc.
