  Late in summer and very hot days. Our a/c goes down and our customers are sweating bullets. JEM helped us get back up and running. The pricing was very reasonable and we got a lot of value for our dollar! This is an excellent company to do business with. We highly recommend them for all of your heating and a/c needs!

  During a busy, hot, summer week JEM was able to accommodate me with a timely appointment and great customer service. The technician, Matt, was excellent to work with: prompt and professional. He kept me appraised of all next steps and potential costs so I could make an informed decision. I would definitely work with JEM and Matt again.
