  S.A.A.B has been reliable each time we've worked with them. They were able to come out within a few days if not day of. The office staff is friendly and responsive. Marc was our technician and has been friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest about his work. I would definitely continue to use their services!

  Rob, John, Mark and the rest of the S.A.A.B. team did a great job overall with the installation of a new boiler system after our older system decided to fail in the middle of the Winter heating season. From initial conversation with Heather and the office staff to Mark coming out to assess the severity of the situation before offering solution options was done in a timely and professional manner. They were able to re-work their schedule to address our no heat issue once the new boiler was acquired from their supplier. Their work was thorough and complete. We couldn't be happier with the work S.A.A.B did for us. If you value responsiveness and a commitment to doing the job right, I would recommend giving S.A.A.B an opportunity to earn your business.

  Marc was very helpful with my questions and I sort of talked his ear off. Came within the time window his office provided, identified the issue, went to a plumbing supply house, and now I have hot water again! The only thing that did not happen was the quote for a new hot water heater that I requested. The only reason why I did not ding the rating is because (see above) I talked Marc's ear off and made us both forget.
