  The service was excellent. He was fast, efficient, friendly, and got the job done really fast. They are a little pricey, but they get the job done. The second time I called for a clogged pipe, the receptionist was pretty rude and snippy. If the office people were as friendly as the field guy, the rating would be higher.

  I was home alone while my husband was 2+ hours away and (of course!) my septic tank starts backing up into all of my drains (my shower just about over flooded) so I called Rudd’s septic service since they are close by (only 28 miles from my house which is the closest septic company to my house) and I was asked demanding questions that I had absolutely no idea how to answer because we just bought the house a couple months ago and this is all my husbands area of work. I was asked what town I was in and was sharply told that I’m out of their area range for services and then quickly taken off the line before I could even take a second to think about questions I may have in order to get this taken care of.. I am confused why they wouldn’t help me when their website says they service specific areas that are over an hour away from their company address.

  Great service , friendly staff .very helpful person .price has really gone up over the past 5 yrs.
