  They came out I already had furnace torn apart for the tech. He made a mess with his boots and wore no COVID protection was there for 10 minutes replaced the ignition left a mess for me and charged me 280 dollars. Since O'Mara sold they've changed.

  Don, We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. This was for a Sunday call on the day after Christmas. Our Sunday & holiday rate is a $190 service call and I am happy to hear the technician was able to get you up and running on the spot. We do apologize for tracking in, we try to minimize that but the winter can be challenging. In the future please mention any Covid concerns when you place a call. We make sure our techs are healthy and they will certainly wear masks if that's requested. Unfortunately, we weren't aware of your concerns prior to arrival. The billing you mentioned is slightly off. It was billed @ $270 in total. $190 service call and $80 for the ignitor replacement. When we reached out proactively to you we did offer to lower the bill to $250. I don't think you're going to find many businesses that will replace an ignitor on the Christmas weekend for that cost. We appreciate your business and should we get an opportunity in the future we'll do our best to improve your experience.

  I had Cason repair my furnace. Not only was Wilson's the only local repair that could get here within 1 hr of calling, but I received really quick and professional service. Usually I dread calling out home repair people because this is when I tend to get strangers in my home that are flirty/chatty or treat me like I know nothing/ask to speak to the "man" of the house. I've even had some assume I wasn't the one paying (the one they've been dealing with the whole time) or say "your husbands house", It's..... just how it is. But Cason came out, told me what was wrong immediately, replaced the part, and was out in like 20-30 mins. To me, very rare, I did not feel uncomfortable, he talked to me like a normal person, and was also very knowledgeable and professional. Will use them again for sure.

  Great company. They came out and ran new lines for a gas stove instalation. The best thing about them is their care for their customers. They were able to come out quickly for both the quote and install, which was great because it was part of a larger, more complex remodel. They usual respond the same day to any calls and were very understanding working around my "on call" work schedule. I mentioned offhand some future plans I had with some gas fireplaces and they took the initiative to install a capped off T fitting to the line to accommodate that set up when the time comes. Will definitely call them out for that as well. Price was a bit higher than expected but I cant really complain given how fast they were able to come out and get the job done
