  We called Gibby at Freedom Drain when we got a new washer because the drain was backing up into the shower. We were very happy with how quickly he came to assess the situation.   Gibby was very nice and professional. He automatically put me on booties so my carpet didn’t get dirty. Gave me some good pointers on my tub.

  This summer we had a massive back up of our main line to the city wastewater. Gibby helped us identify that it was older tile in our yard that was not working properly. He also helped us by clean out the main line under the house and identify plumbing problems. Gibby spoke with the city manager on our behalf and called an excavator to help us set up a repair solution. Gibby was timely and professional. His rates are worth the professional, excellent service. Excellent service during a frustrating experience of homeowning.
