We worked with Roto-Rooter for a simple leaking sink - the logistics team promised a plumber on site between 9:00 and 1:00. After several phone calls the plumber showed up at 4:30. When the plumber made his evaluation he told us the whole sink need to be replaced. We asked more questions and he said just the sink faucet was the problem. We asked what the problem was with the Faucet - he could not define, but told us it would cost $450 to fix I am a property manager and work with many plumbers and other trades This was really not professional work!

I called Roto Rooters with an emergency of sorts - faucet didn't close properly and water was dripping ongoing. Rick was very friendly and professional. He communicated very well and addressed all my concerns. He also found the most economical way to fix my faucet without tearing up the whole wall. I was so relieved . I'm so grateful ! I highly recommend them !!
