Dalton was the repair man. He came in on the same day the service was requested even though it was something minor. Very friendly. He was fast and efficient. Additionally he definitely represents this company well because I was unfamiliar with them until he sang me the commercial jingle which I think was incredible of him to do because a lot of companies don’t have staff that go above and beyond to positively represent who they’re working for. Definitely would recommend this company and highly recommend this man getting a raise !

We had our main sewer line clogged on Sunday afternoon. First of all, Roto-Rooter is the only company out of a bunch we called that didn't have an extra hefty fee for a Sunday afternoon appointment. Second, our technician was Stan and he was excellent. In addition to quickly resolving our issue, he also diagnosed that our main sewer pipe is broken and scheduled an inspection with a camera (which btw arrived the next morning). On top of that Stan was wearing shoe covers and a face mask inside a house (surprisingly but not everyone does). He was very polite and even gave us a few non-obvious tips on how to keep drains clean. I very much recommend this company and Stan specifically!

This is an excellent company. The specialist came on time, he quickly determined the cause of the leak. He explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. He used a professional tool and quickly cleared the drain. He reinstalled the air valve to drain faster. Now the water drains quickly and there is no leakage.
