  Had a 10 AM appointment and they arrived at 3:30 PM. Two large men misdiagnosed the issue, told me that they would have to cut up my wall to fix the issue, and that it would cost $465. Thankfully, Jason from Payless was nice, understood that I didn't want my walls damaged without a second opinion and I wasn't charged for the diagnosis. Got a second opinion from a female plumber (Robinette Plumbing) who discovered it was simply a stuck valve which she easily opened up and will be repairing.
