We called on Sunday to request service on Monday to check our water heater which was dripping water from the drain faucet and some rust streaks on the side. Ease plumbing called Monday morning and scheduled us for service that afternoon. The scheduler was very pleasant and very helpful. Marcus and John arrived right on schedule and we’re very pleasant and professional. They took great care to cover their shoes and keep the work area clean. They replaced our water heater and did a great job! This is the second time we’ve used Ease plumbing and have been very pleased both times.

Just purchased an old house where the inspection identified a lot of plumbing issues. Ease was able to get someone (Jamison) to my house within 2 business days - in a time when other plumbers were telling me it would be weeks/months. Jamison went through all the issues with me and told me what he honestly thought needed to be fixed -- he did not just try to sell me as much work as possible -- and provided me a quote lower than anyone else. Once I decided what I wanted fixed, Jamison came back out (again, within 2 business days) and was able to make the repairs within 2 hours. As of 2 weeks later, everything is working great. Very professional and they will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

From the minute we called EASE to schedule an estimate to getting the actual work done, it has been a wonderful experience! Friendly customer service and professional technicians! Trevor and Cord did a great job with our water heater replacement. We highly recommend this company!
