Mr. Gino Kennedy tech #8532 was very professional. He took his time to inform me as a customer of various options available. Furthermore, he was knowledgeable and very respectful. It is apparent he cares for his clients as he did not attempt to sell unnecessary options. I would highly recommend him and wish he is sent to my house the next time I have an issue.

The pipe is not fully functional. You guys opened like a small airway but didn't fully clean out the pipe. The pipe slows down at night because of the water usage throughout the day. really poor quality of service. You workers also misled us. Before I sign the paper to allow your worker for service, I informed the worker that this is due to roots that grew into the pipe, the worker told me that there will be a warranty for the service. But after the service, your worker said there will not be any warranty since the pipe is claim damage. Well if you knew that the root grew into the pipe of course it is damaged, why will you still tell me that there is a warranty?

I had a serious plumbing issue. The toilet in the basement was overflowing and the bathtub was filled with sewage water. It was disgusting. I called Roto-Rooter and the technician Lewis arrived in less than 2 hours. I really appreciated how quickly he arrived because I was really grossed out about what had transpired in the basement bathroom and I wanted it taken care of as fast as possible . It was a big job. Lewis had to remove the toilet on the 2nd floor and snake it. Lewis worked non stop for over 3 hours. Not only did he fix the problem but he was very professional, courteous, and pleasant. I was really impressed by his work ethic. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Roto-Rooter.
