Tyler came out to replace a Moen shower cartridge that had broken in the valve. While he was out, I mentioned that the main water shutoff for the house was leaking. He was able to quickly replace the broken cartridge and fixed my leaking valve. He explained what he was doing the entire time and gave me some tips on keeping both valves working. The price he charged was very reasonable, especially given the amount of plumbing information he gave to me. I've added Rocket Rootor Plumbing to my first call for any plumbing issues that arise.

We had a great experience with Rocket Rooter when we had an emergent issue with our sewer pipe; they came out same day to provide an estimate, which was much more reasonable than some of the larger companies provided. They were able to do the project within the same week, and their work was excellent. The project required digging up our front yard, but they kept the footprint small, and I really appreciated that they tried to keep from digging up too much of my garden. They came in under budget, were on top of all the permits and overall provided a great customer service experience.

Referred to Rocket Rooter from my regular plumber who tried to clear my drain pipes for 2 hours without success. Rocket Rooter pinpointed the site of the blockage in less than 5 minutes and had it cleared quickly and efficiently. Super friendly. Left site in better condition than when he arrived. Also gave great advice about keeping drains clear. I wish all home repairs were like this. Highest recommendation..
