I really appreciate Edwards professionalism. I asked that the service technician give me a call before coming out to my house to look at my water heater. He was very helpful in answering any questions and concerns I had. I felt really comfortable that I was getting a good service guy. He came out and we discussed the issues with my water heater.  I am waiting for parts but I am confident that he will have my water heater up and running in no time.  Job well done Edward!!!

Edward was EXCELLENT. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable taking multiple approaches to unclog our sump pump. He knew the model of our pump and worked with our builder to solve our problem. I highly recommend him and the services of Roto Rooter. This was an emergency call on Super Bowl Sunday. Showed up inside of 1 hour; just awesome!!

Awful pricing. They wouldn't give me any pricing information until plumber arrived.
$510 flat fee to clear a kitchen drain, when the entire visit took 45 minutes. Pressured me to leave a 5 star review here before leaving my house.

Otherwise the plumber was nice and did a good job.

Our sewer line broke in two spots Friday evening causing major damage to the main floor bathroom and basement underneath - the Roto Rooter team was on site in ~30 minutes!  Bob led efforts to mitigate spill while Vince identified specific cause, details and what was needed to properly fix.  They each coordinated their groups to include Donnie, Emanuel, Charles and Ray working through the weekend to restore our service by Sunday afternoon.  We are most appreciative of the great job they did and all efforts during this event!  They will be the first ones we’ll call for future plumbing needs and recommend them highly for any similar work - thanks again guys!  Best, Pat M.

Well let me start off by saying that I  DID NOT leave the 5 star review that is posted here under my name but the plumber himself sent me a text then took my phone clicked the link and LEFT HIMSELF that review,!!!...who does that?!?,,I contacted Roto Rooter the moment he left my house to complain about his unprofessional behavior regarding the 5 star review he gave himself and the fact that he wanted to do work here privately and not thro the company,, and the fact that I was not quoted a price upfront like the gentleman who set up the appointment said would happen. I was doing other things when he arrived and my husband was taking care of the whole plumbing issue and he didnt get a quote either in writing or verbal. The clog was easily unclogged and I was handed a bill for $1,361 (which was way higher then I was expecting to pay from searching online what the average cost was for this service was on the high end 450),,he discounted the 600 for the camera usage but still I was unable to afford that money and had I been told the price before work was done (which I was told by a manager  they always get the money in advance of work) I would have sent him away as I know I couldnt afford that and had to take the money from other bills due at the time,,,so I reported my complaint and a manager contacted me and over 2 phone calls agreed on him returning $300.00 to me since they didnt quote me the price upfront.,,,,,,however its been a week now and nothing has been refunded to me so I am  here to warn others of the tactics this company uses and to make sure they dont take advantage of anyone else.,,I thought I had done enough research in the prices before I set up an appointment but noone I spoke to would give me a price,,,even tho the prices are clearly listed in the book he showed me,,,so why noone bothered to answer that before they did the work just isnt the right way to do business. Be very wary of this company!!

Kostadin Bogdanov did an excellent job. He walked me through every step of the process and showed me the pricing before doing any work. He then took care of the issues I had called about as well as ensuring that the rest of the sinks in the house were clear and working. Extremely professional and courteous. Definitely an expert at his job. I would highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter.

Mr. Henry & Mr. Brian came to my home!! I was so FRIGHTEN because water was everywhere in the back of my home coming out of the toilet like a RIVER.  Mr. Henry & Mr. Brian took pics of the water damages, unclogged the drains & spoke with my H.O. Ins company, along with making sure ALL was working, prior to the leaving. Our plumbing drain line was clogged which cause leaking in the basement whenever the toilets were flushed . This cause messy backups. Kostik from Roto Rooter came out within 35 minutes of our call and was able to resolve the issue very quickly. He was very efficient and easy to work with.
