Alex was AWESOME.  Very friendly, professional and kind. My tub was COMPLETELY clogged and he rodded my tub quickly. The job was quick, neat, and clean.  I will always use them and request Alex. He’s awesome. Nothing but good things to say.

The 2 guys that came out were really nice and helpful. Great costumer service.  We had to unclog a drain and our hot water heater went out.  They did the drain for us but we had to go else where for a water heater. They have a great team but the prices are insane.  625 just to unclog our drain. 2400 for a hot water heater.  The only complaint I have is the prices everything else is great. I wish we could have gotten our hot water heater from them just for the fact the guy gabe was friendly n helpful but we just couldnt afford it at that price

Don't believe the positive reviews for a second; since my experience lines up almost VERBATIM with other negative reviews, I am confident the majority of positive reviews are either employees or PR plants.

Called about a malfunction with my sump pump/ejection piping that was causing water build up in my basement. Was told a plumber would text or call within 90 minutes and be out within the hour afterward. Got a text, and within 30 minutes a water remediation salesman (not a plumber) shows up. Looks things over, states a plumber needs to assess it (no kidding), and leaves.

Get a call shortly thereafter saying a plumber can't make it out tonight, so I schedule a window of 8-10 am the following day (Friday) because I have to leave for an appointment at 11. Got a call at 10:15 am asking if I still need a plumber and that someone can be out in 45 min. I restate that I had a prior appointment, which is why I had an earlier window scheduled. Dispatcher reschedules for 2-5pm.

I call at 5:30 and am told the dispatcher put me on for Saturday at 2-4 (not at all what I had agreed to). Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment altogether and will be using a different business.

Uncommunicative, unprofessional…interesting how my experience mirrors all the other negative reviews here exactly. Coincidence?

We had a mainline clog (toilets not flushing and water coming up floor drains) and Roto-Rooter came, diagnosed the issue, offered a solution, and solved the problem, clearing the line of a lot of root growth.  We'd had another company come 10 months earlier for the same problem and they charged over twice as much (and it obviously only provided a temporary fix), Roto Rooter's price was fair ($850) and the work is guaranteed for 6 months. Highly recommended!
