  From the first phone call, I knew these were my kind of people! Luis was very friendly and kind and reassured me that he would find someone to help us. Our house is over 60 years old and is on a VERY shallow crawl space, and that is where the leak was. The next morning, our 6th day with the water shut off, which was also New Years' Eve) Alex arrived and although he couldn't get to the leak from the current crawl space entrance he evaluated the situation and before he left he coached us on how to get to the leak and what to do if we did. He was so compassionate and really just wanted to be able to help us, and I really appreciated that! An hour or so later, when we finally got the crawl space open enough to access the leak, he came back, fixed the leak, cleaned up any mess and we got to start the New Year with running water! This is the only plumbing company I will ever call, if the need arises they are kind, friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and hard working!

  V&L are the most professional and honest plumbing outfit I’ve ever dealt with. Luis is always prompt and thorough in his estimates - just text him a photo of what needs to be done and he is right on it. He sent Alex I’ve to install a shower valve and move a drain and supply lines. Alex worked efficiently and clean and was done in no time with no mess. I will only use V&L for my future plumbing needs. 5 stars for sure!

  Great company to do business with! Alex and Roscoe came over on time and repaired my leaking pipe going to my sewer line! From Luis who helped getting everything started to the whole team Alex and Roscoe very professional and affordable. I can't say enough Thank you V&L for coming out on time and especially on the holiday rush
