  Reichelt was able to come out quickly and replace a failed water tank. Hot water is easy to forget about till you do not have it. Installer was knowledgeable and offered multiple options at various prices. Work was completed as estimated. Very pleased with the entire process.

  We called on a Saturday with a slow flushing toilet. Mario called us promptly and after asking us a few questions told us our plunger we had doesn’t work on the new toilets. He knew the model toilets we had because his company had done the installing for this builders homes. He told us what plunger to use and to let him know if it worked or if we still needed a service call. We got the plunger, it worked! We want to thank Mario for taking the time out of his busy schedule to save us from a service call! Much appreciated and you can be certain if we have other plumbing issues we will definitely call Reichelt Plumbing!

  I called for an appointment in the morning and Reichelt Plumbing had someone at my house that afternoon. Instead of setting a time they agreed to call me a half hour before getting to my house. This is much easier than many companies where you have a set appointment and wait hours for them to show. The plumber was professional and efficient in getting the job done minimizing my lost time at work.
