We called and scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out. They never showed up and rescheduled for the next day. This happened 3 more times and we still haven't seen a tech. Meanwhile we have no working bathroom.

Very patient with me. I am a first time home buyer and had an emergency situation. The toilets and tub were overflowing with sewage. My home warranty company was slow to returning my call, and I had a lot of questions as far as what I would be financially responsible for and what work would have to be done. All my questions were answered and i was talked through things step by step. What repairs could wait vs what i should take immediate action on. Really appreciative of the help!

Adolfo and Oscar were absolutely the best! The were professional in every way. They put shoes covers on before they entered the house. They diagnosed the potention problems and gave me the cost of each one. They started with the least expensive option and that option actually resolved the problem. They were in and out in less that 30 minutes. I tried a cheaper plumber the night before that didn't resolve the issue. Rotors Rooter may not be the cheapest, but like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Quality service is worth it and I feel I got my money's worth!
