  I had a small plumbing issue an needed a few small parts and some advice. Very helpful and patient with a DIYer. I highly recommend. Don't overlook the showroom either.

  Really disappointed in the follow up. I found them to have reasonable pricing and a good selection. I however have been trying to get a shower ordered for 3 weeks with no luck. I made 3 trips and still did not get what I need. I was a disappointment. I have installers arriving Monday with no product to install. Pricing was reasonable, but I cant seem to get follow through.
