Just terrible. Never seen a home improvement store so poorly kept. Every time I have to go out into the parking lot to find a cart. Majority of the time shelves are empty and the correct new product is still on a top shelf somewhere near by. I’ve tried to let it slide because of covid but this place has kept being trash for years. I’ll gladly drive to the next store than shop here.

Gonna be short and sweet.
This is worst lowes and I don’t recommend anyone getting any appliances here.
I’ve only ever met 2 helpful employees (Anthony and Caleb).
Everyone else has been nothing but rude.
mangers were rude/ ungrateful that we are spending are money here and had no empathy for us or the problems we have been dealing with the past 2 months.
This store need training on how to be organized and how to communicate.

Some of the worst retail experience I've received in awhile! Old guy with black rimmed glasses  in the back in windows and doors acted like I was the bain of his existence and I was nothing but friendly and professional. Finally took the door I was looking for a price on up front after about 20 minutes and walking around the store looking for help. He ended up showing up, up front at checkout after waiting for forever for them to figure out a price. Was super curt and impatient with me and visibly frustrated and upset. I understand a bad day but this was terrible.

I went in looking for a particular fridge but was told it was not in stock and couldn't be told when it would be back in stock. I was then only shown 3 options that fit my width requirement. They weren't very helpful but I picked a fridge that I liked the most because I really needed it. I ordered the fridge physically from this store on a Thursday and was told it was in stock and would be delivered the following Monday. I get a call from the Winston location saying it will now be getting delivered in 2 weeks. No problem. The Thursday before it was supposed to be delivered I spoke with someone from the Salisbury location that it was still scheduled for that Monday between 8am and 8pm (not convenient at all). Monday comes and I wait all day until 6pm. I then call the Salisbury location and they tell me it is now rescheduled for the following Monday between 12pm and 4pm. No one had bothered to call me and tell me this so I waited at home all day for nothing. The next Monday comes and I get an automated call saying it was scheduled for that day and time frame. So again I waited. 3:30 rolls around and still nothing so I called and was then given a new date another 2 weeks away. Everytime I called I could never talk to a real person. I finally went to the Lowes in Winston since that was where it was being delivered from (for whatever reason I was not told) and was actually helped and will now be getting a better fridge that was actually in stock.

This place has so much stuff!!! Recently went in for some patio furniture and every team member that approached us or helped us was very nice, friendly and had great customer service. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Linda, Mike, Matt and Brett for all of y’all’s help.
