  I can’t say enough about your employee Sebastian. Sebastian was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, on time, and respectful of my property at all times. I was very dismayed with the problem in my basement due to a clogged sewer drain. I called Roto Rooter, on New Year’s Eve, and within four hours Sebastian was dispatched to my home. He spent a good hour unclogging said drain. He was able to clip some roots and he was able to show me a photo of all the grease that had accumulated in my drain. It is now sparkling clean and it will serve me for many years. Thank you Roter Rooter!

  My tub was leaking through the ceiling. Very professional over the phone, technician was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a pricey fix but it was worth the money to know it was done right. No more issues.

  They showed up an hour late and gave me two prices over the phone. $300 to “attempt” to fix the drain for one hour or $600 to try for longer to solve the issue. I said go ahead and try to fix it I’ll pay more to guarantee it’s done right. The technician Dakota was there for 45 minutes and claimed it was fixed. When I got home and hour later my garage was flooded again and the drain was clearly not opened up. So I received a bill for $640 for 45 minutes worth of work AND the problem isn’t solved so I have to find someone ethical to fix the problem still or at least tell me what the issue is. Fraudulent business. Call a local plumber.

  Hi Robin, When our technician spoke with you over the phone after reviewing your problem on site, he quoted you $595. You asked if there was a cheaper option. While we always quote and recommend to the customer what is best for their plumbing system, we do provide debris removal for a lower price. You approved the $595 job and we thoroughly cleaned your drain removing motor oil, grass, rocks, and a baseball. After doing so we test flushed; the drain was open and flowing. You're representative approved the work and signed off on our paperwork.
