  Originally called them about my toilets blocking up. He managed to find the issue and only temporarily fixed the issue. 2 weeks later, my husband called back and this time around, he wanted to charge us close to 4k to fix the main pipe and replace it. So I decided to get a second opinion. Second plumber had the tools needed and was able to tell us that the main line pipes were already new and he was able to resolve the issue, saving us thousands of dollars for an unnecessary job. Note to plumber: we called you twice in two weeks. And you didn't have all the necessary equipment. Roto Rooter had a camera that they used to look down and other equipment, which I suggest you should get. And the price I paid them was 1300 not 1800.

  Your toliets were not flushing because the Main sewer line was clogged. You know that there was construction debris, 2 or 3 soda bottles amongst other things in the Main sewer line at the curb vent. The first time I came I saved you thousands of dollars by being able to get the soda bottles out of the curb vent without having to dig up the line. 2 months later you called me and I came right over but unfortunately ☹️ the debris was too deep in the line for me to retrieve it with out digging it up. I quoted you, $3,000 to dig up the line and replace the 4" P-Trap and any piping that had debris in it. Instead you called ROTO ROOTER and they got lucky with a vacuum pump and got some of the stuff out of There for the FEE of. $1,800

  DO NOT hire him. This is definitely a fraud. I paid him $2560 but the owner Jonathon only finished very little work. He kept asking for more payment and refused to continue without more pay. Then he disappeared. Not answering phone calls and not replying messages. If you still want to hire him, DO NOT pay anything, including materials, until he finishes the work.

  I had a plumbing emergency where the sewer line backed up into my basement on 1/1/22. Luckily ALL-PHASE Plumbing was willing to come out on the holiday to clear out the drain!
