  I posted a positive review last week for DBR plumbing, after they came out so promptly to my In-Laws house to fix a "clogged" washing machine water exhaust line. They said the issue was fixed and charged my In-laws $350+ for the service call! My Mother-in-Law went to do a wash a couple of days after DBR plumbing said they fixed the problem.....only to have the washing machine exhaust all the dirty water all over the laundry room floor, because the line was still clogged??? DBR sent another repairman out to their house, who said he didn't know what was wrong and couldn't fix the issue! We tried to get back in touch with the company after he left, only to have them tell us, that they would have the "Manager" contact us! Two days later, we still haven't heard from them! In the meantime, we hired another company to come out, that actually "fixed" the clogged drain line!!! We are all, still trying to figure out why DBR charged my In-Laws $350+, for a job they didn't fix?? My In-Laws are in their 80's!!! Very disappointed with DBR Plumbing!

  We use this company for all of our rental property plumbing issues. They are effective and efficiant, they care about there customers and get the job done in a timely fashion to not have to charge more money. If the problem isn't fixed correctly or whatever the situation is. They come back and correct the situation for you. I highly recommend DBR PLUMBING

  Great turnaround time. The job ended up being bigger than expected, but Josh was polite, professional, and hardworking the whole time. He took time to make sure the job was done right, including testing for leaks at the end. We definitely plan to continue using DBR!
