  The plumber they sent out was very nice. That's about all I can say about the service. I called them to come un plug a drain in my bathroom that was backed up. He couldn't find the sewer line. Poked around my yard looking for a bit and then told me he couldn't find the line and there was nothing he could do. Charged me $150 and I still have a clogged shower and toilet.

  After 2 weeks with a clogged kitchen drain and 3 plumbers later, our problem has been resolved. We did have to wait a couple of days, but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend this company.

  After 5 different plumbers telling me that I will need to replace my sewer line due to a large oak tree in my front yard, i decided to do it and i wanted a reputable company. I chose Roto and Greg came out to do the work. He was very professional and super friendly. I felt very comfortable with the entire process and he was always happy to stop and chat with me about what he was doing and how the process was coming along. He understood how big of a burden this was on my financially and actually was able to complete the work under what the quote was. I would recommend Greg to anyone in the area!
