DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The first thing you should know is that I own a commercial construction company in Houston. I know what things should cost. My mother-in-law lives in Tyler, Texas. She called me and told me her toilet was leaking between the toilet bowl and the toilet tank. Which means the rubber gasket ($5.00) needs to be replaced. So I contacted a plumber in Tyler, Mink Plumbing, to handle this simple repair. This is a 10 minute repair. Mink Plumbing came and looked at the problem and proceeded to quote my 79 yr old mother-in-law $356. (And I even supplied the gasket.) I understand the difference between a high price and an IMMORAL price. $356 for this repair is an immoral price. If you like being ripped off, definitely call Mink Plumbing.

I had a very professional experience with Mink Plumbing. They were prompt, very polite, and did a wonderful job assessing my problem. I would highly recommend them. Unlike like most plumbers, they actually return phone calls and show up on the day of the appointment. Very professional people.

The plumber was very thorough and quickly found the problem and fixed it with no trouble. They were very concerned about any inconvenience that we had from lack of hot water and came as soon as they could. Very please with the service.
