  Everything was handled very well and professional. Very good and nice people. The 2 men who did my repair work are excellent! I'm so glad it was them who came. Clayton and Otis I believe we're the names. Their work ethic is great and they were very kind and respectful. They cleaned up after the work was done. I would request they come again if I have any more work done.

  My furnace stopped working on a Sunday morning. My usual AC company wasn’t able to come out and the temperature was dropping fast in my home! I had contacted another company who had insane overtime rates and that person was actually the one who told me to contact C. Woods Company. The lady who took my information was very nice and understanding of my situation, she gave me upfront service call prices and a time slot so I would know what to expect. When Gabriel arrived he was super nice and very professional! He instantly made me feel comfortable with him being in my home. He quickly got to work and when he discovered what was causing my heater to not work he came directly to me with the broken piece and showed me exactly what it was. He told me what typically causes that issue and gave me the pricing right then and there. No surprises or anything. No last minute gotchyas! And the absolute best part, he said he could fix it right then and there and it would take about 40 minutes! I really don’t think it even took that long! He was super quick, funny, great with small talk and kept me updated while checking the airflow and temperatures. Once he was done we went over the pricing again (the price did not change after he was done) and he even told me about a plan where they could come out a few times a year and inspect the heating and air units for maintenance checks! And he went ahead and quoted me a price for replacing the unit I’m having issues with so I would have it! Thank you so so so much Gabriel for getting our heat back up and running for us! We appreciate you so much!

  Daniel is an extremely professional and talented plumber. Great attitude and listened to what we needed. Colt was a great assistant to Daniel. They removed and replaced my 18 year old water heater just around 3 hours! Thank you for sending these two!
