  The technician Joey was both professional and patient in explaining both the process and the best route to correct my drain issue. He was prompt and on time. I am very pleased with the total service and would definitely use Roter Rooter again. Thanks Joey !!!!!!

  Great job. Very professional. Explained problem and total charge before any work was done. They were 2 hours late but they called ahead to explain if not for that they would’ve gotten a perfect review. Recommend
