  Excellent service! Ron is the most pleasant and honest service person I have ever had in my home! He called 30 minutes prior to showing up and gave me plenty of time to come home from work! Highly recommend.

  Had them come "fix" a leak on my ac. It never did start working real well afterwards, but the weather wasn't so bad and didn't really need it on. So when it got hot and I did turn it back on, it was leaking again. They told me it had been fixed so they would charge me again. Why would I pay someone more money to fix something when they neglected to actually fix it the first time?

  I am sorry you were dissatisfied with our service, however you never contacted us that the unit was no longer working until three weeks after we repaired your unit. The day we left your home the unit was working and blowing cold air. You were sent an invoice for the service call and cost of Freon which to date has still not been paid. When you called today stating it was not working I informed you the bill that was nearly a month old had to be paid before I would be able to schedule another appointment you hung up on me. When I called you back my call was sent to voicemail.
