  Nation Rooter fixed our sewer line 2 years ago. We have been trying to contact them repeatedly and they will not return our calls. They said we needed to do a rooting every year. We are trying for 2 years now to have them do this service for us and they will not return our calls. Today we hired another company to do the service. This other plumbing company says they cannot do the rooting because the part was put in wrong. . What can we do if Rooter Nation will not return our calls?

  Justin was fantastic, friendly and efficient. He walked me through the process and even went back and ran the snake through a second time to make sure everything was cleared. I appreciate his thoroughness and will definitely use rooter nation again if I ever have a plumbing need!!!

  My husband called a few companies for our clogged kitchen sink, but they were booking 2 days out. However, Josh was out in just a few hours and had the job done within 30 minutes. I will definitely use their services again, but hopefully I won't need to!
