Sergio was one of the best plumbers I’ve met since living in Colorado. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. He fixed our issue within a timely manner. He was very passionate about his work. Sergio was so good that he made me want to be better at my job. I will always highly recommend using him!

The company was very difficult to deal with in the beginning. They kept telling me I was confirmed, yet ended up no-showing on the day that I originally had them scheduled for. When I finally got someone to come out, our specific technician was incredible. He was professional and explained everything in great detail. He was also extremely kind and could not have had better manners. I give 5 stars for Mark, my technician, yet they need to work on their customer service behind the scenes of the company. I was very frustrated by their lack of communication and confirming me of different times they would be there when they wouldn't actually come.

Would honestly go somewhere else next time. Don’t get me wrong but they did fix the problem and they were very professional but some of the stuff looked really lazy when it came to cutting the dry wall. Lines weren’t straight and cut more than they had to and made more work for repairs.
