  Called them to work on flushing and filling my super old radiant baseboard system. They were responsive and fixed what I asked. The hourly rate is $150 with a $75 service charge. My issue took about 40 min of time with no equipment and I was charged $225 which is a bit pricey.

  Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205! YET On their web site they have a section that is titled "Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating" they go on to say "We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided". "That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing". Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment. I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true) Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work. When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front. I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer. Unless you want to be overcharged... Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and heating.

  We had a amazing experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. They were very polite and professional. The prices they had were fair and the issue we had was solved very quickly.
