  I had used this company in the past but will not going forward. They don’t respect your time and when they cancel for the day they don’t offer anything more than the discount they offer any any service.

  Richard, thank you for your review. We admittedly were running behind today, and made two phone calls to let you know that. We also did in fact offer you additional money off your service, after you asked, to prevent this review, that you left anyways. You quickly declined. We are human, and unfortunately circumstances out of our control caused us to run behind today. That doesn’t happen often, but given the nature of our business, it does happen. I again apologize that we could not get to you inside of your window. Thank you again for your review.
