I had the pleasure this afternoon of having several plumbing issues resolved by Marc and Alex. These guys were truly knowledgeable and only interested in giving us the best advice possible to solve our problems. Alex and Marc were great to have come and do some work on my house. Alex told me flat out if I wanted my problems fixed my house would need a complete repipe
And that it would not be cheap. I’m really looking forward to having this company do the work for me. Alex and Marc are really top notch guys I appreciate everything they did. See you guys hopefully at the end of the month. Also Dennis who I spoke with was great to deal with also

We have not done the work yet, but I can tell Marc and Alex will do an terrific job.  They came out and spent a significant amount of time assessing the job, including climbing on the roof, in order to provide an accurate estimate for me. I had water backing up into my bathroom and gurgling noises from toilet among other issues such as slow drains and toilet not working as it should. Marc Acker and Alex were great. They wore foot coverings, were professional and Marc was very knowledgeable. I also paid for a diagnostic test which included  a camera inserted in pipes to check the pipes and sewer. A blockage was found and removed. Happy to hear all was okay with the PVC pipes. Had new system placed in toilet and had test tee replaced. Very happy with their service.

I just had the most positive experience with a plumber that I have ever had in my 40 years of home ownership. Marc & Alex arrived this morning & diagnosed & solved a problem that has plagued me for almost 4 years.  I moved into my newly constructed home in 2018. I have a small apartment above the garage.  The water up there had a rotten egg smell.  My builder insisted it was "normal" for Florida & told me to run the water for 30 minutes. I tried everything on the Internet & nothing fixed it. I traveled a lot the first 2 years & then I hunkered down during the pandemic & just took bottled water up with me. Yesterday I decided that that I needed to at least try to see if a plumber could help me. It was my lucky day when I called EVERYDAYPLUMBER.  It almost feels like a small miracle that the running water in my studio is now clean & odorless. In addition to recognizing the brand of water heater & problems they have had, Marc suspected a deficient rod was the culprit. The black water in the bottom of my water heater confirmed the rotted rod. I am so impressed with the diagnostic skills, efficiency, expertise & enthusiasm that Marc & Alex exhibited. They genuinely seemed delighted to make me happy.  It was such a positive experience to have 2 very positive professionals solve my problem. And I also want to thank Marc & Alex for their kindness.  Marc treated me with great respect, explaining how the unit functions & how the defective rod caused this nightmare.  And they didn't just quickly install the new water heater & drive away.  They flushed out everything & ensured that my water was clear.  I only regret not calling EVERYDAYPLUMBER years ago. EVERYDAYPLUMBER has my highest endorsement.

Everydayplumber did a complete repipe of my house, as well as redoing the p-trap, drain, faucet, and garbage disposal in my kitchen.  They also moved the hot water heater location and installed a new one.  I couldn't be happier!  Everyone from the owner to the Ops Manager came out to ensure the project was set up for success.  Jose and team on site were very accommodating and professional.  A+ job

Ryan Chapman showed up at my house on the 16th of March and checked out my draining issue.  He knew within a few minute I needed a drain flush on the main drain. he spent at least an an hour or 2 snaking my drain and found things. He suggested me to do a camera look in the drains. The next day (Ryan Chapman) and David came over with the camera and they found out that the camera wouldn't go the length of the pipes so they went outside and found the pipe that the tree root had grow into. I can not tell you how professional they were as a team and how well they took care of the issue. it was a tuff job or that is what I seen of it. They showed me the pipe and tree root. I'm overwhelmed with appreciation of their services and knowledge they gave to me. Ryan Chapman had pricing and knowledge on the spot of different questions I had to ask and right away came back with a professional answer also told me what to look for in the future on my home. I'm very satisfied with the company and their crews. I will refer them in the future to my friends and family. .

The company was responsive and schedule my backflow inspection in a reasonable amount of time. Their price to repair the issue, however, was very high. I later found a plumber who would have done the work for $150 less than Everydayplumber charged. Their low cost trip charge came with a high repair cost.

Thank you for the feedback Donald. I spoke with the plumber and reviewed the invoice. The plumber tested the backflow and found that it failed testing. He then dismantled both check valves. Completely cleaned the assembly. Then rebuilt both check valves with new parts. Re-tested the backflow device. Found it now passed all requirements and uploaded your test results to Sarasota county. Between parts and labor, the pricing was more than fair to have a state licensed backflow technician come to your home and complete your needed repairs. Also I see on the invoice the plumber discounted the work a little from our flat rate pricing.  Not sure of the licensing status or reputation of the other plumber you spoke to. But as you can see by our 4.7 star rating we stand by our plumbing craftsmanship and honest and affordable pricing.
