  Panicking and standing in an inch of water in my kitchen due to a pipe break behind my refrigerator I reached out to Cass plumbing. From the initial phone call Brian was personable and very reassuring, he quickly arranged a service call. The technician showed up less than 2 hours later. Victor was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was made quickly and priced reasonably. I will recommend Cass to anyone in need of an excellent plumbing company. We will also use them for our water softener purchase very soon.

  I called Cass plumbing to get an estimate to replace a water heater. Their estimate was competitive, compared to other plumbers, but it was a straight and to the point estimate with no upselling or rigmarole. They , two professional guys, came and did a great job the very next day. I'm a Realtor and would recommend them to all my clients, family and friends. Five Stars and Two Thumbs up!

  Everyone was exceptional! Talked to Britney last night 2/8/2022, she got me scheduled for the morning. Spoke to Brian this morning 2/9/2002 just to confirm my appointment. And then Louis our repair man was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Also I appreciate the mask wearing in these crazy, uncertain times! Would for sure use again!!! Thank you cass plumbing.
