  This father/son team is dedicated to results. I called for assistance and arrived very quickly and solved my kitchen drain clog efficiently and taught me what I needed to know going forward. Oh, and my Dad is 91 and has used these guys for years. Highly recommended.

  Washer drain was clogged. I called Root-A-Way. They quoted me a price to unclog, it was almost half the price of the heavy branded companies. Then, he said we can be there in less than 30mins, and it was actually less than 20. They moved my washer to access the drain pipe behind it, ran a cable through, unclogged the drain, then ran two washer loads through the drain. They also provided a 1 year guarantee. The heavy branded companies were only 30 day guarantees. Extremely satisfied customer!
