  My widowed mother hired Fix St. Louis to install tile in her laundry room and powder room. The first person they sent out to do the work did a terrible job; the grout was uneven and messy. He actually admitted to my mother that he had never installed tile before, and he had no idea what he was doing. Fix St. Louis then sent another person to repair and complete the project, and he cracked her toilet when re-installing it. She now has a leak under her flooring and needs a new toilet , plus repairs. RUN, don’t walk, away from this company!!!

  We do not know who this person is, or what job she is referring to. She certainly has not contacted us. And it is absurd that one of our technicians said he never installed tile before. This person needs to contact us. If this really is a customer, and this really happened, which at this point I do not believe, we would fix whatever problem there is.

  This business sends out inappropriate emails routinely (based on previous reviews) to their clients. Today's included "I’m guessing that upwards of 100% of Ranken grads feel certain they can define the word 'woman,' " as some gross unsolicited commentary. I really don't need your outdated, misogynistic opinions, thanks. These emails have nothing to do with handyman work, are inappropriate and absolutely cross the line of professionalism.

  This person wants to censor people who don't agree with her, and does not have a sense of humor. We believe in free speech and would never think to try to silence her or anyone else. Nevertheless, we do not care to have her as a customer.

  Company is great! I had a ceiling fan replaced which was a difficult job because I have a vaulted ceiling. I had other companies that said it could not be done. They did an absolutely beautiful job and the installers were very nice and professional. If I need anything else done around the house they will be the first people I call!
