  Technician #6074 Nick was INCREDIBLE. He went above and beyond to help us with an issue we have been having with our toilet. We have had many people come look at it but he fixed it in one trip! Friendly service as well he took the time to explain what was happening before he did it. Would highly recommend and would use him again.

  Jamie was super helpful! He was able to come earlier than appointment time. He figured out the problem right away with our shower drain and was able to fix it. We appreciate his help! We would recommend RotoRooter to anyone! Awesome!

  The employee came very quickly (and on a Saturday morning!), explained everything clearly and worked very hard and long to repair the problem (he had to try several different ways, as apparently my bathroom pipes are very unique? he said it was very tricky?), which was much appreciated. However, he left dirty footprints all over my house (several large spots on my white rug). Update: His supervisor reached out to me and said they usually wear booties. I know we all slip up sometimes. He did a great job on the repair. I appreciate the customer service of RR following up and making sure it doesn't happen to the next customer.
