  I was referred to this contractor after another contractor told me my 4 year old a/c system had several issues but primarily was lacking refrigerant and needed replacement. I called Steve Dancause who was very nice on the phone and said he would look at my system later in the day. He was there in a couple hours, reinstalled some parts removed by the last guy and found that my problem was only the thermostat. Based on my experience today, I will be using Robert Dancause & Sons for all my future HVAC needs.

  Came to repair our furnace and seemed very nice. Had to do a cleaning, was quoted $150 then charged our credit card $300. Was very unprofessional when we called him.

  Heather Burgio is a realtor for Howard Hanna. https://www.realtor.com/realestateagents/heather-burgio_honeoye_ny_2688839 She hired us to look at her 30 year old oil furnace that was in terrible shape and hasn’t done maintenance in over 5 years. We assessed her equipment and decided a full oil maintenance for $150 and a replacement exhaust pipe due to hers having rotted out and safety reasons for another $150. She agreed and we showed up the next day to do the work. Upon arrival we met heather at the front door swearing at her husband in the front yard. We ignored the altercation and went down stairs to do the work. After it was finished she sent her husband outside to pay the bill. He agreed to the charges signed his signature and payed with a credit card. After we had left heather called us up screaming a swearing at us demanding a refund which we couldn’t give her. She then went on all forms of social media reviewing us poorly saying we stole her money. Our lawyer has sent her notifications to respond in court but she has ignored all letters. Please take a look at her account she reviewed us on and all her other 1 star reviews.
