  Not sure why, but my last review was taken down. I can't believe how bad their billing is. They send the bill only after it's late. I almost never get a bill on time and they have absurd late charges. All my other bills I get with more than enough time. Ontario County Sewers is a whole other story. I wish there was another option to deal with the sewer, but there's only this one.

  I attempted to pay my sewer bill and because it was a day past the due date due to travelling. But, they wouldn't accept payment. I tried to tell them I had been out of town and wanted to pay, but they wouldn't accept it and that it would be a levy on my taxes. The person I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional! They are now charging me 15% late fee! Just another way for the county to grab whatever revenue they can. How about having some new technology and e-mail sewer bills and then be able to pay them automatically online like most modern businesses and government agencies do?
