  Redinger installed a hot water boiler heating system in my home 3 years ago. Right away I noticed a rattle coming from one of the pipes. Tom (Redinger) told me that it was a 'bad spring valve' and that he would get it replaced. I didn't hear back from Tom. I tried, literally, over 3 years to get Tom to come out and replace the annoying noise valve but he never did. Literally, 3 years of trying, calling multiple times, over and over. All I heard was, 'Let me check my schedule. I'll give you a call.' At this point I've decided to have their competition do the repair work and will not be calling Redinger again.

  I am very happy with Redinger's customer service. I called in to ask advice on purchasing a starting capacitor part for my AC unit. Erik quickly told me they have the part I needed and gave me advice on safely replacing the faulty capacitor. When I showed up to buy it, he tracked down the piece and gave me a fair price.

  👎👎👎 Do not be patient with this company or you'll be left in the cold!!! In Mid September, I waited an hour after our scheduled appointment time to call and find out the "receptionist" never added our appointment to the calender. Tyson showed up 6 hours later, suggested heating and cooling systems for our new home, and said he'd send a quote to our e-mail. We waited a couple of weeks and when nothing came through, I called again to ask about the hold up on our quote. I was told by a gentleman he'd get to the bottom of it and call me back within the hour. It has been a week and a half since! Nobody Ever followed up with us! It is now mid October!!! They have wasted Much of our time being Flaky and have surely lost our business!!!
