  These guys are absolutely amazing! We have had a couple issues with our furnace and James and Eric have been the absolute best. One of the issues was just a loose wire and Eric fixed it within minutes and charged basically nothing. They have both been very willing to teach and share their vast knowledge and I just couldn’t be happier with this company!

  As a local business owner, I tried to sell locally to Gropp. I thought I had a chance of at least having a conversation, since a very active member of the Moscow city council put me in direct contact with the owner. Oddly, I never received a reply. The staff at the front desk kindly took my card, but it was evident that walk-ins were not welcome either. So now I'm very curious, how would you go about trying to sell to this company? What should I have done differently?

  Just moved to the area. Gropp has serviced my furnace, updated and replaced/repaired some previous (and questionable) electrical work. They are knowledgeable, courteous and dependable. I would highly recommend them.
