My mini strip mall is a success because of your company. I appreciate you guys keeping me informed every step of the way. I admire your team of pros. They are great to have around and work with. Best part is we finished under budget. Even better - we finished early. My family and staff love the design and workmanship.

Funny that only positive review are showing on Google. We have had a long, unresponsive, and unprofessional experience with Moscow Contracting. Throughout the process of even beginning to bid a project (which we never received in 3 MONTHS, by the way), there were multiple visits to our home to measure the space, and all were "not final" or "still needed to be verified." We were only able to speak with our "liaison," and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, or anyone in specific departments, I was told to speak only with my liaison. There was never an invoice or official bid, only an email with an overpriced estimate for a different project that we ended up using a more professional and reasonable company to complete. They wanted money upfront for any small project, which according to them was $50,000-$75,000 or less. Are you kidding me? We wanted to use them for a bathroom remodel, and they kept insisting we needed to move walls with no explanation - Building code? Did they just want more money from us? Who knows. If they had upfront said we were too small of a job for them, like other local companies have done, I would have much more respect for them. However, their lack of communication, listening skills, and professionalism will only encourage negative reviews moving forward.

Hi Stacey, it has been a very busy season and I apologize I could not get back to you sooner. Covid and the extraordinary fires in the Pacific Northwest brought additional challenges. We service all jobs small or large. I reviewed your account and it appears your project was on schedule, however, you did not reply with your final feedback and approval in order to keep the project moving forward. Customer Support communicated with you every step of the way. A remodel which converts a tiny bathroom, a laundry room, storage, and a basement into a master bathroom and master bedroom suite takes detailed planning. We met the challenge of converting a tiny bathroom space into a master bathroom, but you were not happy with the limitations of the physical space in your home. The planning process may not go as fast as you might want. The planning process requires attention to detail in order to be successful in the build and in getting final approval of blueprints for submission to the city. You were provided a few options for layout and design. When we finally found a solution that will work within your requirements, we no longer heard back from you and thought you changed your mind. Of course, this will delay the whole process. Reid Glenn, Director of Operations, Construction Division.

On budget and on time! I couldn't have asked for a better company to build a new concrete driveway and concrete patio. Best concrete work I've seen. True quality. Your team kept me informed every step of the way. Oh and you had the lowest price too.
