  Ryan and Brandy were not only great and easy to work with but their entire crew were professional as well. We had a half bath turned into a full bath and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We are already looking to use RB plumbing and remodeling for 2 more jobs!! Can’t say enough good about this company!!!!

  Run, don’t walk, AWAY from this company! Ryan Bellman and Brandy Money are two of the most dishonest and incompetent people I’ve ever met. We started the process of having RB Plumbing install a new master bath and closet in April of 2021. They arrived on time the first work day June 14, 2021. This was the only thing that went as promised. They claimed to have completed all work multiple times, even sending invoices before things were finished. They finally left on August 21, 2021 and didn’t bother doing any kind of final walkthrough with us because they knew it was complete junk, yet issued another invoice the very next day. The “custom” closet they built has had to be completely demolished and we now have to wait til early 2022 for a new install elsewhere. The drawers didn’t even line up or close, the closet rods weren’t attached into studs and fell down under 13 lbs of hanging items! There were screws sticking out of end pieces of wood and the overall finish was a joke. It looked like a high school shop class went drinking and decided to build a closet. The pocket door they installed between the bathroom and closet also had to be pulled out and rebuilt. They cut the opening wrong, used subpar framing, left a gap at the top through to the slider itself and didn’t even line up the trim straight. Again, the finish job was a joke. All of the drywall work was terrible - no actual skim coating, just crooked patching and painting. They didn’t let any of the paint dry between coats and it literally just peeled off the ceiling. And then the bathroom itself - the thing you would expect a “plumbing and remodeling company” to know how to do. The shower, toilet and vanity plumbing were all done incorrectly to the point that the shower doesn’t even drain. The shower fixtures are no-name garbage without warranty and were installed crooked and incorrectly. The glass shower doors are the wrong size, don’t close and have to now be custom made because of the size they made the opening. The grout on the tile is already coming out - and the shower has only been used a handful of times. The entire thing is going to need to be torn out and redone. Ryan and Brandy lied to us repeatedly throughout this process - on their capabilities, materials, timeline, etc. Do your research! Ryan has moved around quite a bit but has liens and judgements against him for this type of thing in the past, as well as a felony charge for stealing from his former employer. They both have assault charges too. These are NOT the people you want working in your home! They will try to spin every scenario to their advantage but there are way too many other good contractors out there to risk taking a chance with this place. Seriously, run.

  They have fraudulently informed the attorney general that they have paid more than they did by thousands of dollars. With Beth’s business in accounting there is no mistake this was done intentionally. We have learned from past experience to document and take pictures of any work completed each day we are at someone’s home. We have pictures and documents showing all of the changes and requests made by the Loxley’s that were completed causing the job to be delayed with no additional charges to them. They have posted false information to online forums and other organizations including the amount of money they have paid so far. They have stated in different online posts that they have been informed everything was done incorrectly and had to be torn down. We are requesting written documentation detailing what was done incorrectly that brought them to the conclusion it needed to be demolished, including the name and phone number of the individual that gave them this assessment. In the email submitted to Beth Loxley from Brandy she apologized and was embarrassed for sending an invoice preemptively. This is highlighting how important our customers are to us and the lengths we go to in order to show how valued they are to us. We have only received 1/3 of the amount we have paid out out of pocket for labor and material costs that have all been installed at the Loxley residence. This does not include my labor or the time spent to design the remodeled rooms, organize, and order materials and provide options for each item being installed. In addition to the false information Beth is posting in reviews she is also slowly driving past my home several times a day in her vehicle. There is no mistaking the vehicle due to her vanity plates. I can only assume this is her way of bullying me to remove the mechanics lien from her property that we were forced to file against them. During this entire ordeal our crew was the subject of belittling comments such as what she wrote about drunk high schoolers. They even went as far to say (knowing my son is on the spectrum) that he could have done a better job. Interestingly enough there are hundreds of very happy homeowners that give us the desire to continue doing what we love.

  Ryan and Brandy are a dynamic duo. Ryan is the master plumber, Brandy makes sure everything goes smoothly. I called RB plumbing based on their google reviews - I had zero experience with them prior to calling. Their professionalism exceeded expectations. They were quick, they provided a competitive quote, and they even followed up to see if everything met my expectations. I'd highly recommend RB Plumbing - I have zero complaints.
